Vietnam’s Supporting Industry: New Expectations in 2024

The 5th International Exhibition on Supporting Industries and Manufacturing in Vietnam – VIMEXPO 2024 with the goal of “Connecting for Development” will officially return from October 17 to 19, 2024 at the International Exhibition Center I.C.E Hanoi.

According to economic experts, the wave of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam has never been as strong as it is today. In the face of the strong wave of shifting production investment and diversifying the global supply chain, Vietnam continues to be chosen as one of the priority destinations for investment and finding suppliers by many foreign manufacturers. This is a great opportunity for Vietnamese suppliers and supporting enterprises.

In addition to efforts to improve production and increase capacity, to participate in the international supply chain, domestic supporting industry enterprises need to proactively connect and cooperate with each other to develop a competitive supply chain. Because end-user manufacturers are increasingly requiring domestic suppliers to complete the entire multi-component component chain instead of just stopping at individual components as before.
