Vietnam International Supporting Industry & Manufacturing Exhibition – VIMEXPO 2020, directed by Ministry of Industry and Trade, hosted and co-organized by Industry Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), organized by C.I.S Vietnam Advertising & Exhibition Joint Stock Company, will take place from December 9thto 11th,2020 at Hanoi International Exhibition Center– I.C.E Hanoi.With the aim “Connect to Develop”, VIMEXPO 2020 will be an “ideal meeting point” for businesses, contributing to concretizing the Government’s Resolution No.115 on solutions to promote the development of supporting industries with many new policies that are expected to create a big push for Vietnamese supporting and manufacturing industries.
On August 6th, 2020, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc signed to promulgate Resolution No.115/NQ-CP on solutions to promote the development of supporting industries, creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese supporting industry enterprises to developand contribute to the national economy. More specifically, by 2025, Vietnamese enterprises will be able to produce highly competitive supporting industrial products, meeting 45% of the essential needs for domestic production and consumption, accounting for about 11% of industrial production value; by 2030, meeting 70% of domestic demand, accounting for around 14% of industrial production value.
Taking place from 9th-11th December2020 at Hanoi International Exhibition Center – I.C.E Hanoi, No. 91 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, VIMEXPO 2020 is the first international exhibition on supporting industry and manufacturing in Vietnam, belonging to the Supporting Industry Development Program approved by the Prime Minister, organized under the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s sponsorship and guidance.VIMEXPO will be a professional, classy event, a big playground where all the quintessence of Vietnamese supporting industry is gathered, a place where industrial buyers can seek for diverse, best quality products, where many experts, managers and successful entrepreneurs in supporting industry can exchange, learn and share experience.With 250 booths of over 150 enterprises on an exhibition area of 5,000sqm, introducing products of 06 target groups of supporting industries: Textile – Garment, Leather – Footwear, Electronics, Automotive, Mechanical Fabrication Sector, Hi-tech Industry, VIMEXPO is a destination that brings many values to enterprises: finding new business partners, suppliers, updating new technologies and knowledge, etc. During 3 days, the exhibition is predicted to attract around 18,000 visitors.
